Hi, I’m Daniel, the chocolatier behind Els Chocolate! 

My journey started when I was a child, experimenting with simple candy making in the kitchen. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I discovered the beauty of couverture chocolate, learned the art of tempering, and fell in love with creating pieces that are as delightful to look at as they are to taste.

For the past seven years, I’ve been dedicated to turning that passion into something I can share with others. Every chocolate and edible gift I make is handcrafted with care, using techniques I’ve nurtured and ingredients I truly believe in.
